The Perlis Snake and Reptile Farm which is located about 10kilometers from the city of Kangar History began in 1978 when the Ministry of Health to develop a research center to produce venom antidote.In 1995 it was taken over Perlis State Development Corporation and commercialized as a tourist attraction.There are more than 200 snakes of 54 species within and outside the country here, which is rarely found as Rattlesnake, “snake rusuk kerbau” and “snake katam payung”.
